BBP Bubba’s Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients:
- 2
racks of Baby Back Ribs
- 1
bottle of BBP seasoning
- 1
cooler full of adult refreshments
Instructions:
- Cut rib
slabs in half to make handling easier on the grill.
- Generously
season ribs with BBP on both sides.
- Cook
ribs over good steak fire, 30 minutes total time turning ribs every 5
minutes and keeping grill cover closed.
- Fire
can be charcoal, mesquite or propane.
Temperature needs to be about 300-350 deg F for duration.
- When
ribs show nice color and meat is sizzling when turning, they should be
done. Be sure to turn over every 5
minutes – use a timer for a reminder.
This recipe provides quick and easy ribs that taste great. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it !!!
