Ingredients
4 med potatoes
2 large eggs, boiled & diced
3 T butter
1 small onion, diced
4 T pickle relish
½ Cup Mayonnaise
4 oz. pimentos, diced
2 T French’s Mustard
BBP Seasoning to taste
Instructions
Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into bite size pieces. Place in saucepan, add water to cover, dash of salt and boil for about 15 minutes or until fork tender. (Do not overcook !!!) Drain water and add butter, stir. Add remaining ingredients and mix (not whipped). Chill before serving. Sprinkle BBP on individual servings to taste.
